Amir Said is a journalist, photographer and media professional based in Calgary. His love of nature and wildlife led him to enrol in the biology program at the University of Regina before he decided to pursue a career in journalism, which brought him from Saskatchewan to the neighbouring (and much more exciting) province of Alberta. Amir enjoys spending his free time outdoors and is an avid hiker, fisherman and wildlife photographer.
