With more than 15 years of experience in the charitable and not-for-profit sector, Michelle has extensive expertise in grant management, donor services, and nonprofit operations.

She has supported both national and regional organizations in the environmental, health, social services, and education sectors. Prior to joining Environmental Leadership Canada and GreenPAC, Michelle was a Freelance Consultant, empowering nonprofit organizations with strategies and tools to effectively manage financials, strengthen grant management and improve program delivery.

Before becoming a consultant, Michelle enjoyed 8+ years in progressive leadership roles at ALUS where her portfolios included grants and funding, donor relations, fulfillment, reporting and stewardship.
