Raymond Dang
Program Coordinator
Raymond (he/they) is a multidisciplinary and intersectional policy wonk. They studied Public Policy and Environmental Studies at The University of Toronto Scarborough, graduating with a Honours Bachelors of Arts. Raymond has extensive experience in student leadership, and has used that experience to push for financially responsible mutual aid during the pandemic, better inclusion of marginalized peoples in organizing spaces, and increasing public participation in civic processes. Their specialties are not flashy, but effective: organizing during the policy process to promote common policy objectives, drafting policy, and constructive negotiation. As an experienced mentor, they hope to deliver and design grassroots programs driven by youth and amplify and empower local voices to share their stories around the environment.
