Catherine (she/her) is a Senior Consultant with Global Public Affairs’ Energy, Environment and Resources Practice working with organizations of all stripes in advancing Canadian climate and environmental policies with a specific interest in circular economy, conservation, energy and the intersection of environmental action and human rights – a passion that has driven her personal and academic pursuits for several years.

Catherine is a graduate of St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. Outside of the climate and energy world, Catherine is active with a number of Ottawa-based community organizations.
